Product Inspection & Damages

Every Bella Boo product undergoes a thorough quality inspection before being packaged and dispatched.

As all products are carefully checked prior to shipping, Bella Boo cannot be held liable for any damages, loss, or issues that may occur during transit once the parcel has been handed over to the courier company.

Customers who receive a parcel that appears visibly damaged should report the matter directly to Aramex as soon as possible.
