Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene and health reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any panties, lingerie, nightwear, or other intimate apparel once the order has been delivered.

Please carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, and colour options before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. However, all items are thoroughly inspected before delivery.

To assist us in resolving the issue, please provide:

Your order number

Clear photographs of the item received

Photographs of any damage or defect

Once reviewed, Bella Boo will determine whether a replacement, store credit, or other appropriate solution will be provided.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
